About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our onsite RPO team supporting one of our key clients in the APAC region. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their recruitment career in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with a strong focus on sourcing and candidate engagement.
You will work closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers, gaining hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, proactive sourcing, stakeholder management, and recruitment operations within the engineering and manufacturing space.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities across assigned roles
- Assist in managing high-volume recruitment requisitions
- Proactively source candidates using platforms such as SEEK Australia, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Screen CVs in line with hiring manager requirements and role specifications
- Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
- Assist in advertising roles internally and externally
- Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communication
- Support offer preparation and recruitment administration tasks
- Ensure candidates are kept informed throughout the process to maintain a strong candidate experience
About You
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred2 years of recruitment or HR experience (agency or in-house exposure advantageous)
- Exposure to engineering and/or manufacturing industries is highly desirable
- Strong interest in proactive sourcing and talent acquisition
- Familiarity with sourcing tools such as SEEK Australia and LinkedIn is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn
- Proactive attitude with a sense of ownership and accountability
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel
