We are seeking a customer-centric and experienced Talent Delivery Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As the Talent Delivery Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful recruitment of intern, apprentice and graduate candidates by overseeing the entire interview, selection and offer processes.

Your expertise in working alongside Talent Attraction to identify top tier talent and managing the recruitment lifecycle, while maintaining clear focus on our representation goals, will directly contribute to the optimisation, growth and success of our organisation.

Your Impact

• You will play a critical role in optimising the talent acquisition process by ensuring that candidates are well-matched to job roles, thoroughly informed/coached, and engaged throughout the hiring journey
• Your focus on candidate advocacy and relationship-building will help to enhance the candidate experience, thereby increasing the chances of securing top talent for the organisation
• Additionally, your collaboration with the Talent Attraction team, hiring managers and Centre of Excellence (CoE) leads will ensure successful conversion of top talent plus that the hiring process is efficient, effective and aligned with the organisations strategic objectives
• Desired Skills/Experience
• Experience: 5 + years of significant, demonstrable experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related HR functions
• Customer centricity: A track record of building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to fully understand motivation factors, align agreed actions/strategies and deliver customer success
• Ability to partner and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, to drive hiring goals and program outcomes
• Data-driven, with expertise in KPI management, pipeline management, and the ability to meet quarterly hiring targets.
• Understanding of Talent Assessment: Proficient in evaluating candidates' skills, qualifications, behaviours and potential for success in different roles
• Interpersonal
