About The Role
This a Temporary 6 Months contractThe Talent Acquisition specialist is responsible for supporting recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination. This role ensures a smooth hiring experience and contributes to the organization’s talent acquisition goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage requisitions and candidate pipelines in Workday Create and maintain job requisitions in Workday, ensuring accuracy of job details, approvals, and status updates while actively managing candidates through each stage of the hiring workflow.
- Screen and assess candidates Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate candidates against role requirements, ensuring a consistent and high-quality shortlisting process.
- Coordinate interviews via Workday Schedule and manage interviews using Workday tools, partnering with hiring managers and ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.
- Maintain data accuracy and system integrity Ensure all candidate and requisition data in Workday is up to date, complete, and compliant with internal standards and audit requirements.
- Support recruitment reporting and analytics Generate and analyze recruitment reports (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness) to support data-driven hiring decisions.
- Ensure compliance with policies and local regulations Follow standardized recruitment processes, maintain proper documentation, and ensure adherence to internal policies and applicable labor laws.
- Drive sourcing and talent pipeline initiatives Support proactive sourcing strategies using internal tools and external platforms, while maintaining candidate pipelines within Workday.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives Support job posting optimization, candidate communications, and employer branding efforts to enhance the organization’s attraction strategy.

Qualifications
- A Bachelors degree in Human resources or similar (or equivalent work experience) and at least 3–6 years of relevant experience recruiting in a similar industry (or equivalent skills) are minimally required to carry out the role.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting in in the Middle East, Caspian and North Africa regions.
- Technical hiring understanding
- Energy market knowledge
- Good understanding of recruitment processes.A project management mindset
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
- Be available for Full 6 months.
