The Talent Acquisition team supports the combined US Operations, acting as a strategic business partner, while integrating technology, data-driven insights, and a people-first approach to drive business performance.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner for CIBC's U.S. Region, you'll join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering best-in-class talent across the CIBC. You'll develop and implement strategic sourcing plans, leveraging both online and offline channels to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
Your role will involve coordinating the full life cycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, primarily supporting our Corporate Functions lines of business. You'll stay ahead of labor market trends and competitor activity, offering valuable insights to business partners and helping influence hiring plans.
As a key player in our Talent Initiatives, you'll create strong networking relationships and support hiring strategies that foster an inclusive workplace. You'll manage applicant tracking systems, collaborate with business leaders, internal stakeholders, and act as a subject matter expert for U.S. recruiting metrics.

At CIBC, we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary range of $80,000- $110,000 based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
