AufgabengebietAs a true business partner, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions (Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Corporate).
Your Responsibilities

- Designing and executing innovative sourcing strategies
- Identifying and attracting top talent through direct search and digital channels
- Managing the recruitment process from brief to offer
- Partnering closely with hiring managers and advising on best practices
- Delivering an excellent candidate experience
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and TA projects
- Tracking and analysing recruitment KPIsAnforderungsprofil
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition (in-house or agency)
- Exposure to FMCG or fast-paced, international environments is a strong plus
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Fluent in English (French is a plus)
- Results-driven, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
