We're hiring a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-growing team in Helsinki!
As our first dedicated Talent Acquisition hire, you’ll own end-to-end recruitment across engineering, commercial, and operations, from sourcing through close. You'll help Intergrid scale by hiring exceptional people and working closely with hiring managers who stay deeply involved throughout. The foundation for scalable hiring, the talent pipelines, processes, playbooks, and employer brand, is yours to build.
At first, you’ll join a two-person People team, reporting to the People Lead, and your scope will also include broader people operations responsibilities as we scale.

Founder interview (60 min)Meet our founders and dive into our strategy, culture, and future plans. Ask all your toughest questions.'Work with us' afternoon (4 hours)We invite you to work with the Intergrid team for a half day to ensure our ways of working align with your aspirations. It is a significant commitment on both sides; thus, we only move to this stage if we really want to work with you.
