Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Matchmaking: Manage/assist with candidate screening, shortlisting, and interview preparation to meet team placement KPIs.

2. Client & Candidate Management: Follow up with employers for feedback, facilitate offer negotiations, and handle onboarding logistics.

3. Talent Development: Plan and conduct CV workshops, mock interviews, and training sessions for our members.

4. Program Support: Support the planning and execution of CareER's employment services and programs.

5. Relationship Building: Build trust and maintain strong engagement with our members, offering career guidance and encouragement for personal growth.

6. Data Integrity: Maintain and update the membership database to ensure accurate tracking of candidate journeys and outcomes.

Job requirements

• Degree holder or above in any discipline; 2-4 years of working experience in HR / recruitment agency / employment support related; candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Associate;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; great problem-solving abilities; strong analytical and organisational skills;
• Mature, open-minded, flexible and strong team player, able to work across all levels of stakeholders including employers (corporates, NGOs), members and volunteers;
• Passionate in working in the NGO sector to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) solutions forward;
• Willing to roll up the sleeves and work seamlessly with our small team in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment.
