This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Tokyo – Ginza. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying hiring needs, drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, to sourcing and headhunting candidates. Daily responsibilities include:
Partnering directly with Hiring Managers to clarify hiring requirements.
Sourcing, headhunting, and recruiting suitable candidates for assigned positions.
Researching and updating market salary trends by role and region.
Building and maintaining a strong candidate network.
Managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and ensuring hiring progress.
Additionally, the role supports employer branding activities, recruitment campaigns, and contributes to talent acquisition strategies for the Japanese market.
400–600 man/year + bonus.
Candidates with proven experience in IT recruitment may negotiate a higher salary beyond the stated range.
Salary review twice a year and 13th-month salary.
