Meet the team behind this journeyWe’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven Talent Acquisition Partner based in APAC, who will lead our hiring efforts in the region while driving global talent projects alongside our partners in EMEA and North America.
You’ll dig into metrics and market insights to shape smarter sourcing strategies, collaborate closely with hiring managers and fellow TA specialists worldwide, and ensure every candidate enjoys a seamless, top-tier experience from first outreach to offer acceptance.
On the APAC front, you’ll own our Japan GTM hiring—finding and engaging standout sales and marketing professionals who can fuel both new business and expansion. Backed by the investors behind Uber, Twitter, Instagram, and Zendesk, your work will help build the diverse, high-impact teams that power DeepL’s mission—across borders and time zones.
