Your impact

- As Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a critical role in making our growth real by building the teams that will shape our future in Japan.
- This role is high‑impact, visible, and hands‑on, with full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle for Capgemini Invent Japan.
- You will work at the intersection of business, talent, and brand, acting as a trusted advisor to leadership and a key driver of our continued market expansion.
Your Role
- Partner with business leaders to understand growth ambitions and workforce needs, delivering end‑to‑end recruitment for consultants across junior to senior levels
- Act as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers, business leads, HR colleagues and external vendors
- Proactively build strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, online platforms, referrals, agencies and innovative search techniques
- Design and execute market‑relevant hiring strategies that attract high‑quality local talent and deliver an excellent candidate experience
- Collaborate closely with the Europe and APAC HR and Talent Acquisition community, sharing knowledge, assets and best practices
- Represent Capgemini Invent externally as a brand ambassador, strengthening our employer presence in the Japanese market
- Support and contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives aligned with Capgemini Invent’s global positioning
What you will bring
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience working in a fast–paced organization
- Experience working in the consulting or digital industry is a plus
- Strong experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other recruitment tools and methods to track and manage candidates
- Passion for recruitment, talent attraction, great service mentality, energy, drive, and being recognized as a trusted advisor
- Proven project management capability, with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and deliver results independently
- Fluent in both English and Japanese (spoken and written)
- Experience supporting employer branding activities is an advantage
