This position dual hats in being responsible for being HR partnering to commercial pillars across SEAP and also in leading the HR operations function across the region; ensuring efficient execution of core HR processes, compliance with employment regulations, and continuous improvement of HR systems and service delivery.HR Operations ManagementLead the day-to-day operations of the HR function, ensuring timely and accurate execution of HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and contract administration.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all HR operational activities.HRIS & Systems OversightManage and optimize the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and user accessibility.
Collaborate with IT and external vendors to implement system upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and enhance functionality.
Payroll & Benefits AdministrationOversee payroll processing in coordination with the payroll service provider, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, renewals, and vendor coordination.HR Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure HR practices comply with local labor laws, data protection regulations, and internal policies.
Lead internal audits and support external audits related to HR operations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and proactively address compliance risks.
Process Improvement & AutomationIdentify inefficiencies in HR processes and lead initiatives to streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
Implement best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
Reporting & AnalyticsDevelop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics such as headcount, turnover, time-to-hire, and employee engagement.
Provide actionable insights to HR leadership and business units based on data analysis.
Employee Lifecycle Support Ensure smooth execution of employee lifecycle events, including promotions, transfers, contract renewals, and terminations.
Support HR Business Partners in managing complex employee relations cases from an operational standpoint.
Collaboration with HR Business Partners (APAC)Partner closely with HR Business Partners and Commercial Leaders across the APAC region to support the Year-End Evaluation (YEE) process, ensuring timely and accurate data submission and system readiness.
Coordinate the operational rollout of regional and global HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with local requirements and effective communication across markets.
Vendor & Stakeholder ManagementManage relationships with external HR service providers (e.g., payroll vendors, benefits brokers, background check providers).
Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, including Country HR Business Partners.
Project ManagementLead or support cross-functional HR projects such as system implementations, policy rollouts, and organization changes.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.
