In this position you will…
Lead end to end HR delivery and act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior management teams and employees to embed the people priorities. You will work collaboratively with our wider global HR team to lead transformation and integration initiatives, and support the creation, launch and execution of regional People initiatives, ensuring direct alignment with the organisation’s goals.
You will be responsible for…
- Providing strategic HR business partnership and coaching to business leaders and people managers to impact drive impact through People incl engagement, development, and retention of talents
- Collaborate with people managers to design and align team structures, role types, and ways of working to drive business success
- Working closely with Talent Acquisition to drive the end-to-end recruitment cycle including discussions on workforce planning, crafting role profiles and working with external agencies
- Utilising data to derive insights on people trends to recommend, implement, and manage projects and programmes that align to organizational goals
- Identifying organizational gaps, and deploying impactful people strategies that enable bolttech teams to perform effectively, and scale efficiently
- Providing counsel and guidance on complex employee relations situations
- Partnering across People teams such as with Rewards, DEI and Org Development to support and deploy programs throughout the organisation
- Influencing and advising Senior Managers on talent, succession, skills and workforce planning and budgeting.
- Being the point of contact for People Matters and responsible for the full employment lifecycle for the designated markets

You will require the following qualifications and skills
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Socials Science is preferred
- Strong relationships building skills and ability to appropriately challenge and influence stakeholders
- Strong understanding of local labour law, HR processes, data led decision making, project and change management experience
- Extensive experience of working across all HR disciplines, and working as part of a Global HR team
- Fluent in English and proficient in Chinese (spoken Mandarin and written Traditional Chinese)
- Proficient in Microsoft suite (e.g., Power Point, Excel, Word, MS Project)
