- Partner with Partner Resources specialist teams and cross-functional partners to advance US priorities and deliver business outcomes
- Advise & Partner
- Provide PRO partnership across the US Coffeehouse PRO leadership team, bringing a customer-focused lens to every interaction
- Enable
- Equip Partner Resources teams with insights to solve problems and make informed decisions by synthesizing, and sharing data, analysis, and insights
- Plan & Implement
- Partner in team priorities by aligning PRO tools and plans to deliver simple, effective solutions
- Embody Starbucks Mission & Values and create moments for partners to win together as one team
- This role will be required to be based in and work central/east coast hours
- We Would Love To Hear From People With Human resources generalist or specialist experience with aspiration for growth.
- Two or more years partnering with or supporting a department or team Proficiency in Excel (consistent with roles that include administrative and analytical responsibilities) 1 year of consulting with internal clients to identify business needs and recommend solutions.
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of human resources management
- Knowledge of local, federal, and state employment laws and regulations
- Ability to apply consultative skills in a business environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to prioritize multiple demands effectively based on business needs

If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
