Senior Human Resources Business Partner

EMEA Recruitment is working with a global organization as it looks to hire a Senior HR Business Partner for the R&D function.

As Senior HRBP, you will partner directly with a senior executive, and will play a key role in shaping and delivering the People agenda in a fast-paced, global, and transforming environment - balancing strategic influence with hands-on delivery.

You'll be able to articulate business impact, and explain what the business imperative was and how you made it come alive through specific measures and leadership mobilization.

• Responsibilities of the Senior HRBP:Partner senior leaders on organizational design, capability building, and succession planning
• Support the ongoing global transformation, embedding new structures and ways of working
• Work across a complex, international stakeholder group (US, Europe, UK, India)
• Coach and support leaders through change and team development
• Handle performance management and employee relations at senior level
• Ensure alignment with Dutch employment law and local requirements
• Experience required:
• Proven HRBP experience in an international, matrixed organization
• Strong commercial acumen - able to translate business priorities into People impact
• Comfortable operating at pace, managing ambiguity, and shifting between strategic and operational work
• Confident influencing senior stakeholders across geographies
• Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law
• Fluent in Dutch and English
