The Tech & Product team (100+ people) is the engine of the business: it develops the products used by thousands of SMEs and advisory firms across Spain. It's an environment where the speed and scale of a listed European group meet the constant drive to keep evolving. Knowing how to support that growth with sound judgment is a core part of this role.
This role exists to bridge the gap between Tech & Product people and the business. It is a role of influence, judgment, and change.
What you'll do
- HR Business Partnering
- Act as the People reference for Tech & Product managers and leads, supporting decisions on talent, performance, and organisational structure.
- Guide managers and employees through performance cycles, calibrations, and development plans, adapting the approach to the particularities of technical profiles.
- Handle complex talent situations: retention, underperformance, team conflict, promotions.
- Collaborate with the HR team on building scalable People policies and processes.
- Change management & culture
- Lead change management initiatives in an environment of organisational and technological transformation.
- Support the cultural evolution of the team, ensuring coherence between values, processes, and people.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between Spain and Italy teams on corporate projects (Workday, Peakon, etc.)
- AI mindset & transformation.
- Embed AI-based tools and methodologies into People processes: onboarding, talent data analysis, employee experience.
- Act as an internal reference for the use of AI to improve efficiency and the employee experience.
- Stay up to date on HR Tech trends and propose adoption when it generates real value.
- Talent collaboration & onboarding
- Work closely with the Talent team on profile definition, candidate calibration, and hiring decisions for Tech & Product.
- Design and continuously improve the onboarding experience for new joiners.
- Help hiring managers to define, train and build their teams.
