We are looking for an Project Finance Coordinator to join our London studio on a fixed-term basis, supporting the financial management of a large infrastructure project.
Reporting to the Lead Project Accountant, you will support financial activities and record-keeping to ensure the smooth running of the project. This includes collating and monitoring timesheets, preparing monthly sub-consultant cost reports, analysing spend against forecast, and supporting invoice preparation.
You will also assist with AFP preparation, purchase order tracking, QA checks, and audit support, and prepare data for Qlik reporting. Working with the finance team and design managers, you will contribute to forecasting, resourcing, and cash flow monitoring.
