Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing
- Perform company and industry research to understand sector trends, client challenges, and strategies for innovative client solutions
- Prepare and participate in client presentations and transaction execution
- Support deal teams in building, maintaining, and using financial models
- Perform financial and valuation analysis including discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, and multiples valuation analyses
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Investment Banking products and services: Debt, Equity, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Restructuring
- Interact with senior bankers, clients, lawyers, and accountants
About You
The company is looking for
- Strong interest in problem solving and client service
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
- Genuine interest in finance, resourcefulness, intellectual curiosity, and enthusiasm
- Understanding of financial valuation is a plus
- Significant maturity and ability to work under pressure to meet key client deadlines as part of a small team serving top executives and senior management
- Highly organized and proactive with initiative and ability to multitask and work with limited supervision
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong extra-curricular interests and/or achievements is a plus
- Must be a recent graduate or on track to graduate from university or business school in Spring/Summer 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027
