Job Purpose
To develop and execute the annual brand marketing plan for Amgen portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.
To drive effective advertising and promotion management, competitive intelligence, and adherence to governance standards to optimize brand performance and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Achieve the financial target for Amgen portfolio
- Develop and execute the brand marketing plan for the fiscal year for the entire portfolio as per priority and focus aligned with the Business Unit Head
- Manage all marketing communication channels, public relations agencies, advertising agencies, media, and internal communications related to Amgen business unit
- Ensure the quality of the brand plan, strategic goals, and tactical plan execution, as well as operational plans, with optimal governance
- Manage and monitor advertising and promotion activities according to the planned phasing
- Follow up on all promotional material for all Amgen brands, including the creation of new materials, customization of supplier materials, coding, and regular tracking to ensure materials are not expired and are updated on time, in accordance with our internal SOPSupport the development of a solid customer engagement and advocacy plan with the Medical Affairs team
- Develop marketing activities for Amgen brands according to the brand plan strategies
- Build and manage partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders in both private and public sectors (e.g., Ministry of Health, Military, Internal Security Forces) to ensure doctors are well-informed about our products and that the patient journey is optimized
- Work closely with the Field Manager to ensure the proper execution of marketing activities and the effective use of materials, while also meeting market needs
- Ensure competitive intelligence is achieved through effective team readiness and regular updates
- Ensure proper follow-up and execution of the Patient Support Programs
- Ensure proper briefing and upskilling of healthcare professionals before any promotional event, and ensure the effective execution of the event
- Work closely with the Medical Affairs team to stay updated on guidelines, new indications, and scientific developments
- Execute all tasks and responsibilities with the guidance, close coordination, and follow-up of the Marketing Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or an equivalent field.
- A Marketing degree is a plus
- Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 2 years specifically in marketing
- Experience in launching new products is a plus
