Manage customer databases, ensuring accuracy and segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns.
Manage the entire communication deliverable cycle including initial planning, creative briefing, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting
Oversee the execution of personalized email, SMS, and push notification campaigns.
Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to refine marketing strategies.
Collaborate with sales, customer service, content creation and product teams to enhance the customer experience.
Utilize CRM tools and marketing automation platforms to streamline processes.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to improve CRM initiatives.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in customer communication.
Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and dashboards, and recognize and troubleshoot data anomalies
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in CRM marketing, customer engagement, or digital marketing. At least 4 years’ experience in a CRM Marketing Manager role, ideally in an e-commerce startup.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in customer data segmentation and reporting.
Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and drive customer-centric strategies.
