We’re Hiring: Call Center Specialist You’ll be the voice of maids.cc. You’ll help customers, guide them, solve their problems, and make sure every interaction feels smooth, clear, and professional.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, thinking on their feet, and turning confusion into clarity.
- What You’ll DoHandle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp, and chat conversations
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right service
- Solve problems, handle complaints, and keep customers confident and calm
- Process bookings, payments, refunds, and account updates
- Track customer feedback and help us improve how we talk to customers
- Work with CX, sales, and tech teams to make conversations smarter and faster
- What We’re Looking For
- Strong spoken & written English
- Clear communication and the ability to explain things simply
- A customer-first mindset and good problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple chats/calls without losing focus
- Comfortable working in shifts (including weekends if needed)
- Experience with call center tools or CRM systems (Ziwo is a plus, not a must)
- Fresh graduates and people early in their careers are welcome — we care more about attitude, intelligence, and drive than long CVs.
