Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Service Allocator to join our team in Lebanon. The ideal candidate will support operations by managing client calls, coordinating technician schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between teams. This is an in-office role.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer client calls and book service jobs
• Schedule jobs for technicians and coordinate daily tasks
• Communicate with clients and provide updates
• Record job details and updates in the system
• Liaise with Customer Care for seamless coordination

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English
• Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
• Willing to work from the office during AUS business hours
• Previous experience in scheduling, client service, or admin is a plus
