Job Description
Responsibilities
Partner closely with the Strategic Business Units and senior stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and deliver end-to-end recruitment processes across a diverse portfolio of roles.
Proactively source and engage top local and international talent through a variety of channels including LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, executive search techniques, talent mapping, and university partnerships, while building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, guidance on recruitment best practices, and recommendations throughout the hiring process to support effective hiring decisions.
Ensure all recruitment activities are effectively managed through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintaining accurate records, interview feedback, pipeline tracking, and recruitment documentation across all stages of the process.
Implement and maintain recruitment governance processes, monitor hiring SLAs and talent acquisition KPIs, and provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on recruitment performance and pipeline activity.
Ensure all candidates receive a positive, professional, and engaging experience throughout the recruitment journey, while managing relationships with external recruitment partners and supporting continuous improvement across recruitment processes and strategies.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, with 10+ years of hands-on recruitment experience within leading local or international organizations.
Experience within management consulting, technology, government, public sector, or high-growth organizations is highly preferred.
Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions and seniority levels, including strategic and hard-to-fill roles, with proven sourcing and headhunting capabilities across a variety of channels and networks.
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers, using data, market insights, and recruitment best practices to influence hiring decisions and drive recruitment outcomes.
Strong experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), managing recruitment governance processes, monitoring hiring SLAs and KPIs, and maintaining high levels of accuracy in recruitment reporting and documentation.
Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a solution-oriented and future-focused mindset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required, while Arabic is considered a plus.
