Senior Recruitment Consultant

Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across technology, digital, business, and corporate functions.

Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and delivery KPIs.

Drive sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding activities.

Monitor recruitment performance and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency.

Conduct requirement gathering sessions to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and project timelines.

Provide market intelligence, talent availability insights, and hiring recommendations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure successful recruitment outcomes. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.8+ years of recruitment experience with at least 3 years in a team leadership capacity.

Proven experience managing recruitment delivery within staffing, outsourcing, managed services, or RPO environments.

Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.

Experience supporting technology and digital transformation hiring initiatives.

Strong understanding of UAE labour market trends and hiring practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
