𝟯 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 / 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗱 | 𝗗𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗶 | 𝗜𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 | 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄We are seeking three experienced 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 / 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝘁𝘀 to join a major client in 𝗗𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗶 on an initial 3-month contract with strong extension potential.

This role combines 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀, 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Successful candidates will help translate business requirements into meaningful reporting frameworks, dashboards, KPIs, and actionable insights.𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements using structured formats (data dictionaries, business glossaries)
• Translate business needs into KPIs, data models, and reporting frameworks
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation
• Design and build interactive dashboards using Power BI (or similar tools)
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Ensure data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and quality frameworks
• Automate reporting and workflows using SQL, Power Automate, and Excel
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations, IT)
• Support financial and operational reporting (P&L, forecasting, performance tracking)
• Present insights clearly to stakeholders𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in BI / Data Analytics / Business Analysis
• 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗤𝗟 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲 (𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘀, 𝗮𝗴𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴) — 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆
• Advanced Power BI skills (DAX, data modelling, dashboarding)
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Strong understanding of data modelling (star schema, relationships)
• Experience in structured documentation and data quality frameworks
