We are looking for an entrepreneurial, problem-solving Ad Operations & Data Analyst to join our APAC team. This is a hybrid role that bridges technical execution and business intelligence, and it sits at the heart of our collaboration with the US team.
The ideal candidate is not a developer or data engineer. You are a digital native who loves cracking problems, digging into data for actionable insights, and using AI tools to automate workflows. You communicate clearly and confidently in English, pick up new platforms quickly, and bring the kind of collaborative energy that keeps cross-regional teams moving.
We care more about how you think and communicate than about checking every technical box. The right person for this role learns fast, asks smart questions, and makes the people they work with, especially across the Pacific feeling like they have a reliable partner on the ground.
