What You’ll Be DoingYou'll join our Tech team, where we build tools and models that support every part of the trading process – from data pipelines and forecasting models to trading dashboards and automated strategies. Everything is built in Python, and quantitative analysis plays a central role in how we understand and operate in power markets.

As a Student Quantitative Analyst, you'll:

• Support the team with analysis that feeds directly into trading decisions
• Work with real models and market data
• Improve your statistical and analytical skills by applying them to real problems
• Learn about power markets and how quantitative methods enable smarter trading
• Take on responsibility from day one, with guidance from an experienced team
• You'll be part of an open and collaborative culture where honesty and transparency shape how we work and grow together.

What We're Looking For

• Currently studying a bachelor's or master's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
• Strong foundations in statistics, probability, and mathematical modelling
• Familiarity with Python or R for quantitative analysis
• Experience with time series analysis, regression, or optimisation is a plus
• Interest in energy markets, trading, or solving complex quantitative problems
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn from a fast-paced team
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Bonus: Experience with financial markets, algorithmic trading, or building personal quant projects
