- What You’ll Bring
- Technical Expertise: 4+ years’ experience in data analytics or data science, ideally in fast-moving sectors such as fintech, gaming, or consumer technology
- SQL Excellence: Advanced ability to write, optimize, and scale complex queries across large datasets
- Statistical Knowledge: Strong grounding in hypothesis testing, regression, and experimental design

Key Responsibilities
- User Behavior Analysis: Produce deep insights into engagement, retention, and monetization trends
- Platform Optimization: Apply data-driven approaches to continuously refine platform parameters and performance
- Experimentation: Design, run, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests to optimize product features
- Predictive Analytics: Develop and maintain models for churn prediction, segmentation, and behavioral analysis
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to define data models, event tracking, and system architecture
