Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Data Analyst / Data Modeler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable business insights through advanced data analytics, visualization, and robust data modeling.

The ideal candidate possesses strong technical expertise in SQL and Python, a keen eye for designing intuitive dashboards in Power BI, and the ability to navigate complex datasets. While experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly preferred, a strong background in managing intricate data structures is the primary key to success.■

Key Responsibilities

• Complex Data Modeling: Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated data models to support business intelligence initiatives and predictive analytics.
• Data Analytics & Engineering: Extract, clean, and manipulate large, complex datasets from various sources using SQL and Python.
• Data Visualization: Build, maintain, and optimize interactive, high-impact dashboards and reports in Power BI to communicate key metrics to stakeholders.
• Insight Generation: Analyze data trends and patterns to provide strategic recommendations that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.■

Job Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (specifically libraries like Pandas and NumPy).
• Proven hands-on experience creating complex data visualizations and reports using Power BI.Strong background in data analytics, data visualization techniques, and complex data modeling.
• Experience working within the insurance, banking, or financial services sector is highly preferred.■Industry
