Product Manager – Automation Platform £75,000 – £80,000 | (Once a month in London) | Financial SaaS | Raodmapping |A growing RegTech SaaS business is hiring a Product Manager to take ownership of its automation platform.
This role has been created because the business has a lot of ideas around where the platform can go next, but needs someone to bring proper product discipline to the process.
They need someone who can look at the market, speak to customers, analyse competitors, understand what Sales and Marketing are hearing, and use that insight to shape what gets built.
The role is focused on the core platform rather than one single product area. You’ll be looking at shared platform capability, automation, AI-led ideas, user experience, and how the platform can keep evolving as the business grows.
There is also a strong product marketing overlap. Part of the role will be helping the business explain the platform better: what it does, where it is different, why it matters, and how it creates value for customers.
You’ll work closely with senior Product and Technology leadership, as well as Product Owners, Designers, Engineering, Sales and Marketing.
What you’ll be doingYou’ll own the platform roadmap and help decide which platform capabilities should be prioritised.
You’ll validate product ideas through customer research, market analysis, competitor intelligence, usage data, and internal feedback from commercial teams.
You’ll work with Product Owners and Engineering to turn platform-level requirements into clear, deliverable work.
You’ll help shape thinking around automation, AI, UI/UX improvements, and future platform capability.
You’ll support Sales and Marketing by turning technical platform features into clearer messaging and commercial value.
You’ll make sure platform decisions are backed by evidence, not just internal opinion.
What they’re looking forYou’ll need Product Management experience within SaaS, ideally with exposure to platform products, automation tools, workflow software, or regulated technology.
You should be comfortable working with technical teams, but this is not a purely delivery-led Product Owner role. The business needs someone who can think commercially, challenge assumptions, validate ideas, and bring structure to platform strategy
