产品经理，资产管理部

职责：

1. 负责制定资产管理业务相关的产品方案、提出和完善产品架构设计；

2. 统筹产品项目开发，包括联系外部律师，起草和协助落实基金法律文件、确定托管和基金行政管理方等等；

3. 持续维护产品相关事宜，包括基金月报、基金文件更新，以及其他合规需要的产品相关信息；

4. 联系外部合作方，联合开发产品；

5. 研究市场上优秀同业的产品趋势，并相应提出产品发展建议；

6. 协助核实基金估值，协助运营团队解决产品估值相关的问题；

7. 协助销售人员或者基金经理准备外部基金营销材料；

8. 落实上级交办的其他有关产品的任务。

要求：

1. 著名大学本科或者硕士毕业，理工、经济、金融、数学专业优先；

2. 拥有不少于三年资管公司产品开发和产品管理的经验；

3. 熟练运用彭博系统，有Enfusion经验者优先，有金融建模和编程能力者优先；

4. 能够适应高强度和高压力的工作环境；

5. 中英文书写能力优秀，可以熟练运用国语、粤语、英文三个语言中的至少两种对话。

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for proposing product design and product structure;

2. Take lead in product development; liaison with outside legal advisors to draft and finalize product legal documents.

3. Work with custody and fund administration company to manage product launching process;

4. Manage product maintenance, including fund factsheet, PPM, and other related product documents;

5. Work outside partners to jointly develop products;

6. Research on the outstanding products from peers and propose product ideas;

7. Help verify fund valuation and assist Operations Team on valuation related problems when necessary;

8. Support product sales and prepare marketing material

9. Perform ad hoc duties as advised by seniors.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in STEM, economics, finance, and math;

2. At least 3 years’ experience of product development in asset management

industry;

3. Proficient in Bloomberg, Enfusion and financial modeling skills preferred;

4. Able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment;

5. Proficient in reading and writing in both English and Chinese. Able to speak fluently at least 2 of the 3 languages commonly used in Hong Kong (Mandarin, Cantonese, and English)
