About The Position
Our client, a leading healthcare technology company, is seeking an Associate Project Coordinator to support healthcare technology implementation projects at hospitals and clinical facilities throughout the United States.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers with healthcare technology implementation projects Maintain project schedules, timelines, action item trackers, and project documentation Coordinate communication among customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors Assist with project kickoff meetings and ongoing status meetings Prepare meeting agendas, meeting minutes, project updates, and follow-up documentation Track project milestones, deadlines, and open action items Coordinate with Sales, Clinical Support, Technical Support, Service, Logistics, Inventory, and external partners Support equipment shipment tracking and installation readiness activities Identify potential project risks, delays, and scheduling conflicts Escalate customer concerns and project issues to appropriate internal stakeholders Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance project execution and communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (recent graduates are encouraged to apply) 0–2 years of professional experience Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong attention to detail and follow-through Professional communication skills when working with customers and internal teams Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship experience Academic project, capstone project, or student leadership experience Customer service or administrative coordination experience Exposure to operations, logistics, healthcare, IT, or project environments Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, CRM, ERP, or project management tools
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to learn project management and scheduling tools Experience maintaining spreadsheets, trackers, and reports Healthcare, networking, IT systems, or medical device knowledge is a plus
