- Your new role
- As an ICT Project Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the coordination and delivery of ICT projects from initiation through to completion.
- You will work closely with project managers, business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to governance frameworks
- Key responsibilities include
- Supporting the delivery of ICT projects in line with scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation, schedules, reports and dashboards
- Coordinating communication between ICT teams, business units and stakeholder
- Tracking project financials, risks, issues and dependencies
- Supporting governance processes and ensuring adherence to project methodologies
- Assisting with stakeholder engagement and change impacts across the project lifecycle
- What you'll need to succeed
- Experience with content management
- Demonstrated experience supporting ICT or infrastructure projects in a complex environment
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle, governance and reporting practices
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively across teams
- Experience with project documentation, scheduling tools and reporting frameworks
- Tertiary qualification in IT, business, project management or a related discipline (desirable: PRINCE2, PMP or similar)
