Job Description

En rejoignant l'équipe marketing des labels naïve et All Night Long (Yamê, Gaël Faye, Iliona, Kerchak...) au sein de Believe, vous serez le contact privilégié de l'Artiste, manageur et/ou du producteur afin de déployer la stratégie de lancement de son projet.

• Activités principales
• Construction de la stratégie globale (développement audience et positionnement de l'Artiste)
• Création image (clip, photos...)
• Gestion de projet et exécution du plan marketing
• Gestion relations partenaires internes et externes
• Suivi et analyse du budget
• Compétences requises
• Solide compréhension des principes de gestion de projet : planification, exécution, suivi & contrôle
• Capacité à créer des plans marketing détaillésCapacité de leadership et de travail en équipe
• Capacité d’adaptation et d’organisation
• Rigueur & autonomie
• Curiosité & créativité

Qualifications

• Vous avez une expérience de 1 à 3 ans au sein d'un label avec de solides compétences en gestion de projet.
• Vous avez d'excellentes aptitudes pour la communication et la mise en place de relation de confiance.
• On dit de vous que vous êtes autonome, organisé et force de proposition.
• Vous avez un niveau d'anglais courant.
