Project Manager

Founded in 2023, Clutch Group has grown fast — today we're a core team of 6 backed by a network of 50+ specialist contractors delivering esports and gaming projects around the world. We work with worldwide renowned publishers and partners such as Krafton (PUBG), GeoGuessr and many more.

We deliver broadcast production, tournament and league operations, marketing strategy and execution, social media, and community growth across global markets ourselves and together with our partners.

We're looking for a Project Manager to sit at the centre of it all. This is a full-time, mostly on-site role in Stockholm where you'll work directly with the CEO to drive delivery across every project we run - from productions, tournaments and live events to marketing campaigns and partner communications.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating project delivery across production, broadcast, marketing, league operations, and communications
• Supporting the planning and execution of broadcast productions, studio sessions, and live events
• Acting as an operational point of contact with our partners
• Tracking budgets, timelines, and deliverables across all active projects
• Working alongside contractors and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly
• Supporting sales processes and proposal delivery for new and existing partnerships

What we're looking for

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience with project management tools (Slack, Discord, Notion, Monday.com or similar)
• Comfortable with AI tools and modern productivity workflows
• A self-starter who thrives in a small, fast-moving team
• Based in or willing to relocate to Stockholm
• Bonus if you have:
• Experience in esports, gaming, broadcast production, influencer management, or live events
• Familiarity with tournament operations and competitive gaming ecosystems
• Experience working with international teams and partners across time zones
• Experience in design, video and content creation
