Who you are

Commercially driven Business Development professional with 5+ years of UAE real estate, property, and community management experience. Proven track record of identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through an established network of developers, property owners, and senior stakeholders.

Confident in high-level client presentations, complex negotiations, and closing high-value deals. Fluent in Arabic and English, with a UAE driving license.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
• 5+ years of sales/BD experience within UAE real estate or facilities management
• Established network within the UAE developer community
• Native/fluent bilingual communication skills (Arabic & English)
• Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets
