Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Risk Management Strategy & Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant. The ideal candidate will lead strategic alignment, process transformation, risk governance enablement, and organizational change efforts to establish integrated risk management practices across a large-scale, matrixed global organization.
This role requires expertise in enterprise risk management, stakeholder engagement, process optimization, data-driven reporting, training strategy, and operational readiness within complex capital project environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Risk Management Strategy & Transformation:
- Develop and drive an enterprise-wide vision for integrated EPC risk management across stakeholder teams.
- Conduct current-state versus future-state assessments across processes, tooling, governance, and reporting structures.
- Lead gap analysis and recommend scalable solutions for risk identification, assessment, mitigation, escalation, and reporting.
- Establish strategies for institutionalizing risk awareness and data-driven decision-making practices across the organization.
- Develop executive-ready presentations, strategy documents, process maps, and transformation roadmaps.
- Organizational Change Management & Training:
- Support rollout readiness across a 2,000-person organization through targeted onboarding, awareness, and training initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment workshops and change impact assessments across multiple global teams.
- Drive grassroots adoption by working directly with project teams and regional stakeholders.
- Manage admin activities such as scheduling training, alignment sessions, and feedback capturing across regions and organizations.
- Risk Analytics, Reporting & Governance:
- Analyze risk data across projects, regions, and portfolios to identify trends, escalation points, and potential business impacts.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting mechanisms to support risk appetite monitoring and tolerance tracking.
- Produce monthly and weekly executive reporting on risk metrics, trends, mitigation activities, and governance progress.
- Support establishment of Risk Management Rhythm of Business (RoB) processes and governance frameworks.
- Provide actionable insights using limited or sparse datasets to improve strategic decision-making.
- Program & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage stakeholder relationships across cross-functional EPC and business teams in a highly matrixed environment.
- Lead weekly status reviews, two-week look-ahead planning, and program execution reporting.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to align risk management goals, transformation objectives, and execution priorities.
- Operate independently while effectively communicating with senior leaders and global stakeholder groups.

- Experience in Risk Management, Organizational Change Management, Program Management, or Business Transformation roles.
- Strong expertise in enterprise risk management frameworks, compliance-driven environments, and large-scale capital project delivery.
- Proven experience developing and implementing OCM strategies, stakeholder communication plans, and training programs.
- Experience creating process documentation, future-state process maps, governance models, and transformation roadmaps.
- Strong analytical skills with experience performing trend analysis, risk reporting, and escalation management.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, data visualization, and executive reporting dashboards.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently within complex, fast-paced, and highly matrixed organizations.
- Ability to synthesize ambiguous information into clear, actionable strategic recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMI-RMP, AACE, Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience supporting Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC), infrastructure, or cloud/data center programs.
- Knowledge of risk appetite models, tolerance frameworks, and governance reporting structures.
- Experience working within enterprise digital transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
