Business Development Manager

🏨 We're hiring — Business Development Manager | Felton Projects | SydneyFelton Projects is a new breed of asset renovation business, focusing on the hotel and hospitality sector - delivering design, procurement, and construction under one contract, with one point of accountability.

We're launching in August 2026 and looking for a commercially sharp, relationship-driven BDM to help us build our market presence from day one.

This isn't a role where you inherit a warm desk. You'll be mapping the market, building relationships with hotel owners, asset managers, and GMs, and converting intelligence into opportunities. You'll work directly alongside the Founder with real influence on how the business grows.

The right person has:✔ 5–10 years in hospitality, construction, FF&E, or property services✔ A genuine talent for building relationships - not a script, not volume calls✔ The hunger to build something, not maintain something✔ Strong CRM habits and commercial instinctsBase Salary + bonus - negotiable. Sydney-based. August 2026 start.
