B2B Business Development and Partnerships Manager
Position Summary
De Andres Design is seeking a proactive and results-oriented B2B Business Development and Partnerships Manager to drive the growth of our furniture restoration, interior maintenance, and design services across Finland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with corporate clients, negotiating service agreements, and developing strategic partnerships with hotels, offices, restaurants, public institutions, architects, interior designers, and property management companies.
This role combines business development, sales, networking, and partnership management.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development* Identify and approach new B2B clients.* Generate and qualify leads through networking, research, referrals, and direct outreach.* Arrange and conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.* Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.* Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Partnerships and Relationship Management* Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.* Establish partnerships with architects, interior designers, property managers, hotels, restaurants, museums, and public organizations.* Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings.* Develop strategic collaborations that support company growth.
- Sales and Contract Management* Negotiate annual and long-term service agreements.* Promote De Andres Interior Care subscription services.* Identify opportunities for additional restoration, refurbishment, upholstery, and design projects.* Follow up on proposals and convert opportunities into signed contracts.
- Market Research and Strategy* Monitor market trends and competitor activities.* Identify new sectors and target markets.* Contribute to the development of sales strategies and growth initiatives.* Provide regular reports on sales activities, meetings, opportunities, and results.
- Brand Representation* Act as a professional ambassador for De Andres Design and De Andres Interior Care.* Maintain a high standard of communication and client service.* Support the company’s visibility within the Finnish design, hospitality, and commercial interiors sectors.
- Requirements* Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, partnership management, or account management.* Strong communication and negotiation skills.* Ability to work independently and achieve measurable targets.* Excellent organizational and relationship-building skills.* Fluent Finnish and good Englidh required.* Other language skills are considered an advantage.* Experience within design, furniture, interiors, hospitality, real estate, or related sectors is considered an advantage.
- Performance Indicators* Number of new client meetings per month.* Number of proposals submitted.* Number and value of signed contracts.* Growth of recurring monthly service agreements.* Development of strategic partnerships.* Revenue generated from new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B business development, account management, or partnerships, ideally in design, creative services, technology, or a related professional services field.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to nurture long-term client and partner connections and represent the company in meetings and events.
- Experience in prospecting, pipeline management, and negotiating commercial agreements, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with designers, project managers, and leadership to shape proposals and deliver value-focused solutions for clients.
- Comfort with conducting market and competitor research and translating insights into practical business opportunities and partnership ideas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Finnish or other Nordic languages is an advantage.
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in a hybrid setting, balancing on-site client engagement with remote work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in design, sustainability, and innovation, and motivation to contribute to a growing, collaborative studio environment
