Defeat Fitness is a premium celebrity fitness studio in Dubai known for its high-end clientele, expert trainers, and exceptional wellness programs. We’re looking for a dynamic, confident, and goal-oriented Sales Executive who is passionate about fitness and skilled in converting leads into loyal clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales through walk-ins, calls, and social media leads
• Build strong relationships with clients and promote services confidently
• Follow up on leads, close sales, and meet monthly targets
• Maintain excellent knowledge of studio offerings, pricing, and promotions
• Support marketing campaigns and help improve client acquisition strategies

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales (preferably in fitness or wellness industry)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, well-groomed, and target-driven
• Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
