The Role
As a Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and recommending tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities
- Build strong relationships with customers and deliver a consultative sales experience
- Identify customer needs and present suitable products and services
- Confidently handle objections and close sales opportunities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIsDeliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the sales process
About You
- Previous sales experience is preferred (contact centre, retail, hospitality, telecoms, recruitment, financial services, or similar)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to work towards and achieve targets
- Resilient, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn, develop, and succeed
- Passion for sales and delivering outstanding customer outcomes
