You report to our CCO, Mike, and work side by side with Will, our other superstar salesperson. We sit together, the whole team, which keeps the distance between a customer's wish and a working answer short.
Sales, product, and engineering solve things in the same room, and that closeness is one of the reasons deals get done. What you close this month, you see in the numbers next month.
Alba, in shortWe're the revenue platform (booking, payments, and operations) for indoor golf simulator venues. We're the market leader and we recently signed an exclusive partnership with the Norwegian Golf Federation, and indoor golf itself is one of the fastest-growing sports categories in the world.
Now we're looking outward. The international market is many times larger than the Norwegian one, and we're growing toward the US, Canada, UK, Australia and more. This isn't a plan we're pitching. It's one we're executing on right now, and you're one of the people who makes it happen.
What you'll do
- You help take Alba from market leader in Norway to market leader internationally.
- In practice:
- Drive new B2B sales across the indoor golf market, from first contact to signed contract.
- Own your pipeline in HubSpot. You know why a deal closed, not just that it did.
- Talk to venue owners, managers and golf pros.
- Understand how their business runs day to day, then show them how Alba makes it run better.
- Work closely with Will and the rest of the team.
- When a customer needs something, you're in the room where it gets solved.
- Represent Alba where the industry shows up: trade shows, demo days and events.
- Move fast.
- A good lead today can be a signed venue this week.
- Our median sales cycle is five days.
Who you are
- You've sold before and you have the results to show for it, not just the titles.
- Two to five years in B2B sales, ideally SaaS and ideally inside a product-driven company.
- You know your way around a CRM, HubSpot preferred.
- You're structured and disciplined.
- Pipeline, follow-up and closing are second nature.
- You take ownership without being told to, and you'd rather win as a team than chase solo glory.
- You thrive in a fast, early-stage environment where the playbook is still being written.
- You're fluent in English.
- Another languages is a real advantage as we open new markets.
- You're into golf, or you will be soon.
