Senior Sales Manager
Key responsibilities include the following
- Lead and manage OEM and device sales activities in CS Group.
- Lead sales team to identify potential growth opportunities and conditions.
- Lead negotiates in the negotiation of customer commercial issues.
- Develops and manages customer to acquire new business and improve existing business with profitable margin.
- Manage and fulfill commercial KPIs, includes but not limited to yearly growth target, margin improvement, AR and various commercial issues.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers high-level and responsible for collecting customers’ needs and solve problems to exceed customers’ expectations.
- Lead sales group to complete yearly growth plan and budget build up.
- Articulates a clear understanding of market position, competition environment and profitability.
- Support and cooperate with global sales team.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Economics’) or in Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years working experience at OEM, Tier 1 or Tier 2 Sales Experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in team management.
- Reviewing cost and finance analysis model.
- Experience in OEM and tier1 groups.
- Preferred Items That Shortlist a Good Candidate.
- Experience interacting with clients in all global regions.
- Experience in dealing with Finance and understanding of financial metrics.
- Familiar with automotive Electrical/Electronic business.
- Experience with tooling and capital.
- Have good relationship on OEM customers senior management.
