Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Associate will assist with all paid and organic media initiatives across the Instant Brands portfolio. This role helps social, influencer, and affiliate marketing while serving as the steward of brand voice, tone, and digital execution. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical rigor with brand leadership to deliver measurable growth and long-term brand equity.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Media & Growth Leadership

• • Own paid and organic media strategy across social, influencer, and affiliate channels
• Drive full-funnel performance across awareness, conversion, and retention
• Test, optimize, and scale high-performing channels

Social, Influencer & Affiliate Marketing

• • Assist paid and organic social strategy and execution
• Own influencer partnerships from sourcing through ROI measurement
• Expand affiliate programs for incremental growth

Brand Stewardship

• • Own brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual consistency across digital channels
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency

Analytics, KPIs & Measurement

• • Define KPIs including ROAS, CAC, LTV, and engagement metrics
• Build dashboards and reporting cadences to support executive decision-making

Qualifications & Experience

• • 4–10+ years in digital marketing within consumer goods or DTC brands
• Deep expertise in paid social, influencer marketing, and affiliates
• Strong analytical and measurement capabilities
• Proven experience with cross-functional partners
