We are looking for a Brand Marketing Specialist who is passionate about the spirits industry and has strong brand sensitivity to join our team. Here, you will be deeply involved in brand building and communication for a classic global bourbon whiskey brand in the Chinese market, working alongside a dynamic and energetic team.
Role
Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy Execution
- Assist the Brand Manager in implementing Jim Beam’s annual brand plan in China, supporting the planning and execution of integrated online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Creative & Content Development
- Participate in the development of key brand creative assets, including concepting, copywriting, and content production for brand collateral.
- Event Coordination & Execution
- Assist in the coordination, execution, and on-site management of Jim Beam brand events such as exhibitions, tasting sessions, co-branded events, and industry dinners.
- Market & Competitive Analysis
- Continuously track trends in the spirits and FMCG industries, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Regularly produce market analysis reports to support brand promotion strategies.
- Channel Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, trade marketing, etc.) and external agencies to ensure brand materials and activities are effectively implemented across all channels.
- Budget & Project Management
- Assist in managing the brand promotion budget, track project progress and effectiveness, and ensure brand activities are completed on time and to quality standards.
Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields.
- Experience – 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, campaign planning, or FMCG industries.
- Experience in spirits, whiskey, or premium beverage sectors is a plus.
- Outstanding fresh graduates with strong interest in the spirits industry will also be considered.
- Language
- Good written and spoken English skills, able to handle basic business communication.
- Core Competencies –Strong creative planning skills and copywriting ability, with keen insight into brand communication.
- Logical and clear communicator, effective at coordinating with internal and external teams.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and self-driven in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) with basic data organization and analysis ability.
