Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP Business Analyst to join a challenging international environment. You will act as a key interface between business teams (Finance & Procurement) and IT, contributing to the design, implementation, and rollout of SAP solutions.
This role requires a strong combination of functional expertise, analytical mindset, and stakeholder management, within complex and large-scale projects.
Your Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements from Finance and Procurement stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for SAP solutions
- Ensure consistency and alignment of solutions across end-to-end business processes (P2P, FI)
- Act as a bridge between business teams, IT, and external partners/vendors
- Support and follow up on solution delivery and implementation phases
- Contribute to testing activities (UAT, validation) and ensure solution quality
- Support change management and user adoption (training, documentation, workshops)
- Participate in project governance and Agile ceremonies (backlog, workshops, etc.)
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience as SAP Business Analyst / Functional Consultant
- Strong expertise in:SAP Finance (FI)
- Procure-to-Pay processes (P2P: PO, GR, IV)
- Proven experience in:
- Requirement gathering & functional specification writing
- Stakeholder management (business & IT)
- Ability to understand financial flows, postings, and reporting impacts
- Experience in international / multi-entity environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
