Associate

We are seeking a highly organized, execution-driven Associate to provide critical cross-functional support across our front-office and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• IR & Marketing: Maintain institutional marketing materials (pitchbooks, DDQs), manage the investor CRM, coordinate global roadshows, and handle LP onboarding/KYC.
• Operations Support: Assist with daily trade reconciliations, data management for risk dashboards, and external vendor coordination (Fund Admins, Prime Brokers).
• Corporate Admin: Manage complex calendar and global travel logistics for the management, process corporate expenses, and support general office administration.

The Ideal Candidate

• 3 to 5 years of relevant IR, operations, or administrative support experience within an Asset Manager, Hedge Fund, or broker.
• Tech & AI Savvy: Flawless proficiency in MS Office, coupled with a mandatory ability to leverage AI productivity tools (e.g., LLMs, prompt engineering, workflow automation) to streamline daily tasks and enhance research/reporting.
• Industry Knowledge: A strong preference will be given to candidates with prior exposure to, or a solid understanding of, quantitative/systematic hedge funds.
• Extreme attention to detail with strong, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, low-ego "doer" who can flawlessly execute workflows across multiple departments without hand-holding.
