Moll de l’Energia, BarcelonaAt Tradebe Port Services, part of the Tradebe group, we are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our terminal operations team in Barcelona.

We operate a state-of-the-art bulk liquid storage terminal, providing safe and efficient storage and handling of products such as fuels, biofuels, chemicals, and other liquid bulk products in a dynamic port environment.🔍 Your MissionYou will act as the key interface between customers and terminal operations, ensuring smooth coordination of product movements, accurate documentation, and an excellent level of customer service in a fast-paced industrial setting.💼

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interface
• Act as the main point of contact for customers in English and Spanish
• Manage operational requests with a strong focus on responsiveness and service quality
• Monitor service KPIs and customer satisfaction
• Operations Coordination
• Coordinate inbound and outbound product movements (vessel, truck, pipeline, rail)
• Liaise with terminal operations, logistics providers, and customs agents
• Follow up daily terminal activities to ensure alignment with customer requirements
• Proactively identify and resolve operational issues
• Documentation & Systems
• Prepare and manage operational documentation (nominations, delivery notes, loading/discharge plans, invoices)
• Ensure accurate data entry into ERP and terminal systems
• Support inventory tracking and reporting
• Compliance & Improvement
• Support safety, quality, and audit processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Help ensure compliance with terminal procedures and regulations🎯 Your Profile
• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or similar
• Experience in logistics, terminal operations, or industrial environments
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving operational context
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English and Spanish🤝
