Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative, based in the Central & Western District with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. The role entails assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities also include enhancing the overall customer experience by providing timely and accurate information and fostering positive relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience management
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written formats
• Active listening abilities and a customer-first mindset
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges with a positive attitude
• Previous experience in a hybrid work environment is advantageous
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
