The Family Resource Finance Specialist is responsible for supporting the department by providing a wide range of clerical duties. Perform a variety of clerical tasks supporting office, answer phones, typing, scanning, greet visitors, sort & deliver mail, collect and record data, monitor office supplies.COMPENSATION: $21.43hr.
Minimum
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field. * Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis. Minimum Related ExperienceThree (3) years of experience utilizing customer relations skills.
Three (3) years of experience dealing with confidential matters and documentation.
Three (3) years of accounting experience to include; AP, AR, Payroll, Loan processing, or Bank Reconciliation.
Three (3) years of computer experience utilizing Microsoft Office programs.
Three (3) years of experience extracting data from an accounting system.
Required Licenses/Certifications/PrerequisitesEmployment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This is a regular Full-Time position.
