Position Summary
The HR & Administration Manager will be responsible for managing all human resources activities for approximately 30 employees, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law, maintaining company policies and SOPs, overseeing recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and supporting management in organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit.
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard new employees.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, visas, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll, leave management, benefits, and end-of-service settlements.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Performance Management
- Develop and monitor employee KPIs.
- Coordinate performance appraisals and probation reviews.
- Support managers in employee development and succession planning.
- Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
SOP & Compliance Management
- Maintain and control company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure all departments have documented and approved SOPs.
- Conduct SOP compliance audits and maintain revision records.
- Coordinate employee training on SOPs and operational procedures.
- Monitor corrective actions and process improvements.
Administration & Organizational Support
- Maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and internal procedures.
- Coordinate employee insurance, travel, accommodation, and administrative requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and management dashboards.
- Support management with workforce planning and organizational structure development.
Training & Development
- Identify training requirements across departments.
- Organize internal and external training programs.
- Maintain employee training records and certification status.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in UAE.
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, aviation, or supply chain industries preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent HR certification.
- Experience in policy development and SOP management.
- Experience managing multicultural teams.
